Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proactive pitches, and customer workshops centered on the Now Platform.
- Architect modern, scalable, AI-driven solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and/or App Engine, embedding Now Assist and AI capabilities into workflows.
- Design integration and data approaches using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST and SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns for enterprise connectivity.
- Define engineering practices for ServiceNow delivery, including CI/CD, source control, and automated testing within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Drive presales outcomes by creating solution templates, reusable accelerators, estimation models, and executive-ready demonstrations and presentations.
Skills Required:
- 10-15+ years of experience in IT with significant ServiceNow architecture and implementation leadership
- ServiceNow platform expertise across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and/or App Engine.
- AI-first solution design using Now Assist capabilities and automation patterns.
- Integration and API-first architecture using ServiceNow Integration Hub with REST and SOAP.
- Engineering excellence for ServiceNow delivery including DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have:
- CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HRSD certifications.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
