Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of SEO based in Kanpur. The Head of SEO will lead all aspects of search engine optimization, including developing and executing strategies to improve search rankings, conducting keyword research and analysis, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing website performance. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals and identifying opportunities for traffic and conversion rate optimization. The Head of SEO will also continuously evaluate and refine SEO strategies to adapt to evolving algorithms and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and Search Analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Web Analytics and Analytics tools
- Strong background in Marketing with expertise in SEO strategies
- Proven ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing SEO projects and teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with website development and CMS platforms
