About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Head of Security to lead and manage all security operations at our Agra location. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background from the Armed Forces (Army/Air Force/Navy) or similar disciplined services, with proven expertise in risk management, asset protection, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end security operations across the assigned location(s)
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including third-party agencies
- Ensure safety of employees, visitors, and company assets
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance, and incident management
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Drive security awareness and compliance across the organization
Key Requirements
- Mandatory background in Armed Forces (Army/Air Force/Navy) or similar services
- Proven experience in handling security operations, preferably in corporate/industrial environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High level of integrity, discipline, and decision-making ability
- Experience in crisis management and emergency response
- Familiarity with modern security systems and technologies
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in managing multi-location security operations
