Head of Security

Objective:

The Zonal Lead - Security is responsible for managing security operations across the cluster in alignment with business objectives and the Security Strategy Roadmap. This includes safeguarding infrastructure to ensure business continuity, fostering a secure environment for employees and stakeholders, and enhancing the security of designated protected. The role oversees fraud and misconduct prevention through a structured framework for detection, response, and continuous improvement. By conducting detailed security risk assessments, the Security Lead identifies, mitigates, and eliminates potential threats while ensuring the protection of tangible and intangible assets within the cluster.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or another relevant field.
• Preferable to have Certifications including Certified Protection Professional (CPP) / Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) / Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) certification/ Physical Security Professional (PSP) / Industrial Security professional certifications/ Project Management Professional (PMP) (Value Addition).

Work Experience (Range of years):

• 10+ years of experience in the field of Security.
• Rich experience leading Security operations of Access Control, Traffic Management, De-risking, Infra-structure and people protection, Fraud and misconduct investigation, Security technology solution, Security threat, Risk Assessment, Surveillance, and systems management for large sized site/ vertical/ work-unit, preferably spanning multiple geographies.
