  • Lead the entire Business Development Initiative (SDR/BDR) teams
  • Must have experience in running tiered Demand Gen teams in SAAS

Job Description

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the SDR / BDR initiatives, with strong focus on Outbound motion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Manage and execute email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and target key customer segments to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leader of Business Development, should have:

  • A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in running tiered SDR / BDR teams
  • Proven background in running outbound motions
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
