Job Description
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Lead the SDR / BDR initiatives, with strong focus on Outbound motion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage and execute email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing campaigns.
- Identify and target key customer segments to drive engagement and conversion.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Leader of Business Development, should have:
- A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in running tiered SDR / BDR teams
- Proven background in running outbound motions
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skill
