About the Role :

Leap Scholar is expanding its Undergraduate (UG) overseas education business and is building a strong network of school partnerships to enable early-stage student engagement. As the Head of School Partnerships UG Business, you will own the national strategy and execution for institutional partnerships with schools, education groups, and academic networks. This role requires a senior leader who can drive high-impact collaborations, build scalable models, and lead a team responsible for student acquisition and revenue via partnership channels.

The Charter for this Role Will Include :

Build and execute the school partnership strategy across India for UG study-abroad counselling.

Design scalable partnership models, MoUs, integrated counselling programs, and long-term engagement frameworks.

Identify, pitch, and close collaborations with schools, school chains and educational trusts

Build strong relationships with school management, principals, and education board

leadership.

Drive student lead generation and enrolment through partnership channels.

Develop programs such as workshops, career and global counselling sessions, college fairs,

and student/parent events.

Collaborate with marketing, counselling, product, and operations teams to deliver outcomes.

Represent Leap Scholar at education events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.

Ideal Persona Would :

Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in partnerships/business development across education, EdTech, university relations, or adjacent sectors.

Have strong existing connections and deep networks across the Indian school ecosystem, including principals, counsellors, school management groups, and educational trusts

Demonstrate a proven track record of building high-impact institutional partnerships and delivering measurable revenue and pipeline growth.

Possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Be a highly driven operator with a strategic mindset and execution rigor.

Have experience managing large regional or national teams.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
