Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of School – Cambridge & IB to lead and establish international academic excellence at our Noida Campus. This leadership role will help drive the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12–20+ years of progressive experience in education, with a significant track record in senior leadership roles within reputed international schools
- IB-certified educator/leader, with completion of relevant IB workshops and professional development programmes (PYP/MYP/DP as applicable)
- Demonstrated experience in leading school inspections, authorisations, and accreditations (IB, Cambridge, or other international bodies), ensuring full compliance with global standards
- Proven capability in driving admissions growth and institutional branding, with a strategic understanding of market positioning and parent engagement
- Strong track record in teacher recruitment, training, and retention, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional development ecosystem
- Exposure to global university counselling frameworks, with an understanding of international admissions pathways, student profiling, and career guidance
- Expertise in curriculum planning, academic audits, and quality assurance aligned with international benchmarks
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, student performance analytics, and school improvement planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, board members, and external partners
- Master's Degree (or higher) in Education or a related field; additional leadership certifications will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Cambridge and IB curricula, ensuring alignment with global best practices and learner-centric pedagogy.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and execute a clear roadmap to establish and scale international programmes, positioning the institution as a leader in global education.
- Faculty Development & Management: Mentor and lead high-performing educators; foster a culture of continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methodologies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to international standards and accreditation requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and external partners; ensure transparent and effective communication.
- Innovation & Research Integration: Drive the adoption of research-based, inquiry-driven, and experiential learning approaches across all grade levels.
- Culture & Environment: Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being, global citizenship, and ethical values.
