Job Overview

As the Head of BPS Sales, you will be the chief growth architect for our domestic Business Process Services division. We are looking for a strategic visionary and a relentless hunter with over two decades of experience to drive aggressive new logo acquisition across India. You will leverage your deep industry network to navigate complex, high-value deals and lead a high-performance sales organization to solidify Writer Informations position as a dominant BPS partner.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Aggressive Hunting

  • Design and execute a multi-year sales roadmap to dominate the Indian domestic market.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert high-value new logos, maintaining a personal focus on large-scale enterprise deals.
  • Achieve and exceed the annual financial revenue targets and profitability benchmarks for the BPS business.
  • Spearhead business development across key verticals: BFSI, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and the Government & Public Sector.

2. Solution Selling (Aligned with Writer Information Offerings)

Directly pitch and design customized solutions across the company's core BPS pillars:

  • Customer Experience Management: Sell comprehensive Omnichannel Support (Voice, Chat, Email), CCaaS, and Help Desk solutions driven by CX Analytics.
  • Business Process Management (BPM): Drive adoption of specialized services including Healthcare BPM (Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Coding), Finance & Accounting, and HRO services.
  • Digital Transformation & Digitization: Promote high-end Back-Office Operations, Document Management, Data Digitization, and automated workflow solutions.

3. Executive Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and wisely manage the national sales team, including Regional and Area Managers.
  • Set clear KPIs, establish robust performance management systems, and foster a culture of high accountability.
  • Develop and optimize sales incentive structures to drive maximum productivity and hunter behavior.

4. Market Mastery & CXO Engagement

  • Foster deep, long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across major hubs (Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore).
  • Position Writer Information as a strategic consultant in Customer Lifecycle Management and Customer Experience Excellence.

5. Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Oversee rigorous sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine service offerings based on domestic market feedback and competitive intelligence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 18+ years of stellar sales experience in the BPO/BPS/BPM industry, with a proven history of closing multi-crore domestic deals in India.
  • The Hunter DNA: A quintessential go-getter mindset with a relentless drive for prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Domain Expertise: Mastery of Omnichannel CX, Back-Office Digitization, and CX Analytics. Familiarity with Healthcare or F&A outsourcing is a major plus.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Indian geographical landscape and local buying behaviors.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence major stakeholders and lead large, diverse sales teams through complex sales cycles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA from a top-tier institute is strongly preferred
