About the Role:
We're building an end-to-end Voice AI platform for the BFSI sector and are currently looking for a results-oriented Sales Head who will own customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You'll define our GTM strategy, build the sales playbook, close early customers, and identify strategic partnerships. Your mission: establish bCatalyst Labs as the go-to Voice AI platform for financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for BFSI market
Build scalable sales playbook and customer acquisition process
Close pilot and production customers with BFSI institutions
Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators and channels
Build and mentor sales team as we scale
What We're Looking For:
5-10 years of selling enterprise solutions (SaaS, software, technology) to BFSI customers
Network of relationships with BFSI decision-makers
Experience building channel partnerships with system integrators
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with early-stage ambiguity
Deep understanding of BFSI buyer personas and procurement processes
