Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead and drive the company's sales operations across India. The candidate will be responsible for OEM Sales, B2B Sales, and overall PAN India sales growth, while managing and developing the national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive PAN India sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Manage and expand OEM and B2B sales channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular morning review meetings with the team to track sales progress and targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key B2B customers.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
• Provide sales training and guidance to improve team productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution.
