What You'll Own
- Define and execute a scaling GTM strategy.
- Build and refine a repeatable sales engine—SDRs, AEs, partnerships.
- Unlock scalable channels (partnerships, outbound, etc.).
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance sales team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and ensure customer feedback flows into product.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in SaaS, BPO, CX, or CRM sales, focused on the US market.
- You've built and scaled teams and processes, not just followed them.
- Proven success in moving from early traction to repeatable growth.
- Experience in SMB GTM motions, ideally with outbound and partnerships.
- Bonus: e-commerce/Shopify, CX tools, or high-growth environments.

- In months, a clear, repeatable sales motion and pipeline.
- In a year, meaningful growth with a strong team in place.
