Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through business development, client acquisition, and closing key deals.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent reporting to executive management.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to adapt strategies for market leadership.
Budgeting: Control departmental expenditures and align sales resources with company financial goals.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 8-10 yrs. Proven track record in sales leadership and management in Real Estate Companies.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute long-term sales strategies.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
