Role Overview

We are looking for an outcome-driven Head of Sales who can lead revenue growth and build a scalable sales engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role where success is measured not by experience alone, but by the ability to drive results, create structure, and scale operations.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the sales function, from strategy to execution and play a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue LeadershipOwn and drive overall revenue targets and growth strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
  • Sales Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement scalable sales processes and frameworks
  • Define GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy aligned with business goals
  • Team Building & LeadershipBuild, hire, and structure the sales team from scratch
  • Develop performance metrics, training programs, and incentive plans
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture
  • Pipeline & Performance ManagementEstablish robust sales pipelines and forecasting systems
  • Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and optimize performance continuously
  • Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Align sales efforts with product positioning and customer needs
  • Scalability & ExpansionCreate a roadmap for sales team expansion
  • Ensure processes are scalable for future growth phases
