Great Kapital is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Payroll Division. If you have a strong background in staffing or payroll sales and a proven ability to build and close, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a senior sales leadership position focused on acquiring staffing companies and businesses where employees sit on our payroll. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the growth of our payroll division.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our payroll client base
- Identify and acquire clients from the staffing side of companies
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Own the pipeline from prospecting through to closing
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts
- Report on sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and market trends to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, payroll, or HR services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of payroll structures and staffing models
- Experience selling to staffing companies or large-headcount businesses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Existing network within the staffing and payroll industry
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- MBA or equivalent business qualification
