As satellite launches continue to increase globally, the need for Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Space Traffic Management (STM), and satellite tracking solutions has become critical. The company is at the forefront of this rapidly growing sector.

About the Role

This is a Sales Head leadership role responsible for driving global business growth, strategic partnerships, and key account acquisition across aerospace, defense, government, satellite, and commercial space sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to build revenue pipelines, establish strategic relationships, and expand the company's presence across India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global sales and business development strategy.

• Build and manage relationships with defense organizations, government agencies, aerospace companies, satellite operators, and strategic partners.

• Lead complex enterprise and government sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.

• Develop strategic partnerships across the global space and defense ecosystem.

• Identify and develop new markets, customers, and revenue streams.

• Represent the company at industry forums, defense exhibitions, aerospace conferences, and customer engagements.

• Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and key account expansion.

Preferred Background

• 10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, Space Technology, Satellite Communications, Avionics, Homeland Security, UAV/Drone Technology, Cybersecurity, ISR, or other deep-tech industries.

• Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, or revenue leadership roles.

• Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, or large enterprise customers.

• Strong understanding of complex technology sales and long sales-cycle environments.

• Experience managing international markets and strategic partnerships will be highly preferred.
