Shivjot Farms & Resort is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth across Weddings, Corporate Events, Room Sales, Banquets, and F&B business.
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring performance and productivity.
• Generate business through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, and B2B partnerships.
• Drive room, banquet, wedding, conference, and restaurant sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and F&B teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of sales experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Resorts, Banquets, or Events Industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel and develop corporate and institutional business.
