Hiring: Head of Sales | Mumbai
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth, drive strategic initiatives, and build a strong distribution network within the financial services space.
This is a leadership role with complete ownership of
PL, revenue generation, and business expansion .
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Mutual Fund Distribution: Drive expansion of mutual fund business and increase AUM
- Channel Development: Build and scale a strong sub-broker / IFA network
- Multi-Product Sales: Promote cross-selling across asset classes like mutual funds, insurance, and bonds
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
- Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in financial services sales
- Strong background in mutual fund distribution / wealth management
- Experience in B2C sales (B2B exposure is a plus)
- Proven track record in revenue generation AUM growth
- Experience managing channel partners / sub-brokers / IFAs
- Prefer candidates from fintech or wealth platforms
- MBA / relevant qualification preferred
