Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee sales strategy, manage and grow key accounts, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, analyzing market trends, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives. The role also involves mentoring team members and identifying new business opportunities to expand Remoasset's presence in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals
  • Strong Account Management experience with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, measure performance, and develop informed strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Prior experience in SaaS or IT asset management is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote and dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Hire and lead the first dedicated sales team as we scale

You've spent 3-5 years closing B2B SaaS deals. You've worked at or sold into companies operating across borders — you know the complexity. EOR isn't a buzzword to you, it's a world you've navigated. You're comfortable building from scratch, not just running an existing machine.
