Job Title: Sales Head
Role Overview
Looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead business growth across India for our QSR, HoReCa, Furniture, and Interior Solutions segments.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep industry networks, and proven success in driving sales strategy, key account management, and market expansion.
This role requires extensive field sales leadership, customer acquisition, relationship management, and team coordination across PAN India markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across QSR, HoReCa, furniture, and commercial segments
- Identify new business opportunities and develop expansion plans across PAN India markets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Business Development
- Build strong relationships with key clients, franchise chains, hospitality brands, architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers
- Convert prospective leads in coordination with marketing and inside sales teams
- Drive customer acquisition through strategic networking and field sales initiatives
Key Account Management
- Manage large enterprise accounts and nurture long-term client relationships
- Ensure repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
- Lead negotiations, commercial closures, and strategic partnerships
Team & Regional Management
- Manage and guide regional sales teams across multiple zones
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and productivity metrics
- Build strong reporting discipline and sales governance systems
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and industry trends
- Provide market insights for product innovation and strategic decisions
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales Leadership roles
- Experience in HoReCa / QSR / Furniture / Paint / Interior Products / Building Materials preferred
- Proven experience managing at least two PAN India sales zones, including Eastern India
- Strong network with restaurant chains, hospitality groups, architects, designers, and distributors
- Dynamic, presentable, and professional personality
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
