Job Title: Head of Sales (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Flexible)

Experience Level: 6+ years (Sales leadership preferred)

Compensation: 6 LPA

Shift Timing: Flexible (Overlap with USA hours preferred)

Start Date: Immediate

Commitment: 1525 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time sales leader who can take ownership of revenue, build repeatable sales systems, and manage a small BDA/closer team. This person will design the funnel, improve conversion rates, and drive predictable monthly revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy

Own and drive monthly revenue targets (retainer + performance goals)

Define ICP, qualification rules, and sales stages for consistent pipeline movement

Build the sales playbook: scripts, objection handling, pricing pitch, follow-ups

Funnel & Lead Conversion

Improve lead-to-call booking, show-up rate, and close rate across channels

Review call recordings and coach the team to improve performance

Run daily/weekly pipeline reviews and enforce sales discipline

Team Building & Sales Operations

Hire, train, and manage a small BDA team (38 members)

Set measurable targets (calls, follow-ups, bookings, closes) and track scorecards

Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging

Reporting & Process Improvement

Track KPIs (bookings, show rate, conversion %, CAC, revenue/lead, churn reasons)

Suggest improvements to funnel workflows, scripts, and customer experience

Create a scalable system so no lead is missed and follow-ups are automated

Requirements

Strong communication, leadership, and persuasion skills

Proven experience in B2C or high-velocity sales (EdTech/SaaS is a plus)

Comfortable coaching teams, enforcing accountability, and driving targets

Strong process orientation: CRM hygiene, reporting discipline, follow-up systems

Preferred Skills

Experience scaling sales teams (10+ team members managed is a plus)

Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Airtable, Pipedrive, etc.)

Experience in funnel building, outbound/inbound optimization, and conversion strategy

Understanding of job search, resumes, or hiring workflows

Ability to remain calm, structured, and confident under growth pressure
