Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Lead and coordinate the sales and business development teams
  • Identify new business opportunities in Auto/Auto Ancillary (excluding heavy machinery), FMCG, Paper, Printing & Packaging, and Corrugation industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs
  • Travel extensively for client meetings, market visits, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
