Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement national sales strategy to scale agent/B2B network.
- Lead, manage & mentor regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive onboarding, training, and performance of education agents across India.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with high-performing channel partners.
- Track market trends and competitor movements to maximize business opportunities.
- Coordinate with University Relations, Admissions, and Marketing teams for seamless operations.
- Expand partner network for multiple destinations ( Australia and UK etc.).
- Ensure compliance with partner contracts, pricing, margins and commercial policies.
- Monitor monthly/quarterly sales performance through strong reporting and analytics.
- Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and conferences.
Requirements
- Minimum 1215 years of Sales leadership in Overseas Education / EdTech / Student Recruitment industry.
- Proven success in Agent / B2B Channel Development & Territory Expansion.
- Strong understanding of admissions lifecycle, global universities & visa processes.
- Leadership skills with ability to drive aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in CRM tools & forecasting.
- High willingness to travel across India.
Salary-18.00 to 20 Lacs PA
