Position: Head Sales Operations & Enablement (GM / Sr.GM)

About the Role
Integra is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to head our Sales Operations & Enablement function. This role will work closely with the CEO and Sales Leadership team to drive sales strategy execution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision making, and scale the sales organization. The role will act as a strategic extension of the CEO for the sales function, ensuring alignment across teams and enabling the sales organization to perform at peak effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy and planning initiatives
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
Drive sales process improvements, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancements
Implement and optimize sales technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Lead sales enablement initiatives including sales playbooks, tools, and training programs
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams
Lead key sales transformation initiatives and strategic projects
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
Support leadership in strategic client engagement and partnership development
Requirements
MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
1015+ years of experience with strong exposure to sales operations, strategy, or sales leadership roles
Experience working in technology services, digital services, or global B2B environments preferred
Strong knowledge of sales processes, revenue operations, and pipeline management
Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and sales technology ecosystems
