Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Chennai / Bangalore. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing strategies, developing overall sales plans, managing a team, analysing market trends, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

* Designs and implements effective sales strategies

* Managing and monitoring the sales team

* Expanding business into new markets

* Generates sales reports and forecasts.

* Analysing sales data.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

* Dealer network management.

* Monitors sales performance with the targets.

* Analyse market trends and behaviours.

* Leads sales teams

* Maintains healthy working relationships with clients.

* Willingness to travel.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline with and MBA in Marketing Management

* 15 years of experience in Field sales, out of which 5 years in senior positions

* Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software.

* Fluency in English, Hindi and southern languages

* Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.

* Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.

* Willing to travel extensively, approx. 15 days a month

* Working knowledge of market trends and behaviours.
