This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Nasik. The Head of Marketing will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Responsibilities include leading market planning, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, developing strategic initiatives, and strengthening public relations. The role will also require effective coordination with sales teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Strong expertise in Market Research to understand trends and customer insights
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts
• Skills in building and maintaining strong Public Relations to enhance brand reputation
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a strong advantage
