You will be responsible for owning full-funnel growth from brand positioning and inbound marketing to pipeline development, deal closure, and expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Define and enhance the company's value proposition and competitive positioning in the fintech US market
- Plan and execute digital marketing and demand-generation campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, events, etc.)
- Manage the content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and product collateral
- Own GTM strategies for new product/features with competitive research and segmentation
- Build, manage, and convert a predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer pain points and business objectives
- Deliver product presentations and demos in collaboration with technical and product teams
- Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and deal closure with enterprise clients
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention, upsell, and expansion revenue
- Track campaign performance, sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
- Provide market intelligence and regulatory insights to influence product roadmap decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience in fintech, B2B tech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of APIs, digital payments, risk and compliance workflows, and automation solutions
- Proven ability to drive both lead generation and enterprise sales closure
- Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders C-Suite, finance, risk, and product teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving business environments
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS subscription models and revenue forecasting
- Prior exposure to US banking/NBFC partnerships or payments ecosystem
