Head of Sales Marketing

At Ecoserra Pvt Ltd, we are expanding our Food Processing Division—focused on aseptic fruit pulp, freeze dehydration, hot air dehydration, and sorting & grading of fruits, vegetables, and spices.

We're looking for a result-driven leader to take our products to market and scale our presence across India and global markets.

Role: Sales & Marketing Head

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 5–10+ years in food/agro processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for aseptic pulp & dehydrated products
• Build B2B relationships with FMCG brands, exporters, HoReCa, and bulk buyers
• Identify domestic & international market opportunities
• Lead branding, packaging, and positioning of products
• Drive exports and distribution channel development
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in food processing / agro products sales
• Existing network in FMCG, food brands, or export markets
• Proven ability to close bulk deals and scale revenue
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
