Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales and Marketing based in Ludhiana. The responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing and managing sales teams, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with organizational goals while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue optimization.

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
  • Strong leadership and Team Management skills to lead diverse teams effectively
  • Exceptional Account Management skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to execute innovative marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate or luxury sector is advantageous
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale sales and marketing projects
