Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase export sales and overall market share profitably.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and target new international markets and customers.
- Strategically extend domestic reach with higher value-added products, including contract manufacturing.
Business Planning:
- Build and drive annual business plans, monthly sales plans, and forecasts.
- Conduct periodic reviews and present performance updates through detailed presentations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve measurable sales targets.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Present insights and analysis periodically to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and export/import regulations of various countries.
Promotion and Networking:
- Identify, propose, and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure seamless business operations and company growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or International Trade; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the manufacturing sector, with strong exposure to export business development.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of export regulations, international trade practices, and quality management systems (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM platforms.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and dashboard management for performance tracking.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical abilities.
