The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to lead and shape IES India business, with responsibility for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across the region.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer, and will play a critical role in establishing IES long-term presence and growth trajectory in India. The role combines strategic market leadership with hands-on commercial execution and team development.
You will be responsible for setting the direction for India, building the right market focus, defining priority sectors, and ensuring IES is positioned as a trusted partner across the built environment and data centre ecosystems.
