Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head - Residential Real Estate

Job Summary: The Sales Head for our residential real estate division is responsible for leading and

managing the sales team, driving property sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves

developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring sales professionals, and collaborating with

other departments to ensure the successful sale of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize residential

property sales, considering market dynamics and competition.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, including real

estate agents and sales associates, to achieve sales goals.

3. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor

activities to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers,

ensuring a positive buying experience and providing guidance through the sales process.

5. Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team

to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

6. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral,

including brochures, presentations, and property listings.

7. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure property sales and favourable terms.

8. Sales Metrics: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead

generation, and revenue, and provide regular reports to management.

9. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive

return on investment (ROI).

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales

transactions.

11. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve sales processes and

customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Real Estate is a plus.

Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a successful track record of meeting

or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Proficiency in sales CRM software and tools.
