Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Head B2B Enterprise to lead and scale our enterprise sales function. This role will own revenue growth across large and mid-market enterprises, drive strategic deals, build high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our presence in the SaaS / Fintech / HCM / Payroll / Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise B2B sales, a consultative selling approach, and proven success in closing complex, high-value deals with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive enterprise revenue targets across North India with a primary focus on Delhi NCR
  • Lead end-to-end B2B enterprise sales cyclesprospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closures
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance enterprise sales team
  • Establish strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads, and Travel Managers
  • Drive strategic account planning, pipeline forecasting, and deal governance
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong GTM execution
  • Identify new enterprise opportunities, partnerships, and channel alliances
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Represent the company at industry events, enterprise forums, and partner meetings

Required Experience & Skills

  • 712 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
  • Strong background in SaaS / Fintech / HCM / Payroll / T&E domains
  • Prior experience in Corporate Travel & Expense Management will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience selling to large Indian enterprises and MNCs
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
  • Experience working with high-growth startups or product-led companies
  • Existing enterprise CXO-level network is a plus
