experiences. As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking to onboard a strategic,

growth-focused leader to help scale our impact across partnerships, marketing, events, and

business development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships to lead WLC's

business development, strategic collaborations, and event-driven brand outreach. This role

combines strategic B2B partnership building with end-to-end ownership of events and

marketing activations that drive brand visibility, community engagement, and revenue

growth.

You will work closely with the Founder and internal teams to identify growth opportunities,

cultivate high-impact partnerships, and execute initiatives that position WLC as a thought

leader and trusted partner in the leadership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth & Partnerships

Lead the business development function across partnerships, sponsorships, and gifting

collaborations.

Build strong relationships with corporates, CXOs, CHROs, and industry stakeholders to

unlock new business opportunities.

Identify, pitch, and close deals that drive revenue and expand WLC's ecosystem reach.

Develop and present compelling proposals, decks, and business cases tailored to

partner needs.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear documentation, reporting, and performance

tracking.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to drive brand campaigns that align with

business goals.

Oversee content creation, email campaigns, and social media strategy to promote key

programs and events.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and external

communications.

Identify new channels and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

Ecosystem Development & Internal Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally with community, program, and creative teams to align

goals and deliverables.

Nurture long-term relationships with sponsors, collaborators, and partners.

Lead internal alignment on campaign rollouts, event timelines, and partnership

activations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue Growth: Quarterly revenue targets achieved, partnership conversion rate

Partnership Expansion: Number of corporate partnerships signed (L&D, sponsorships,

gifting, events)

Brand Visibility: Growth in social/digital engagement, mentions, and referrals through

partners

Operational Excellence: Timely reporting, CRM accuracy, quality of proposals and decks

Who You Are

810 years of experience in business development, partnerships, event marketing, or a

similar leadership role.

Proven ability to close high-value deals and build strong relationships in a consultative

sales environment.

Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns and large-scale events.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and strong project management

skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Passionate about women's leadership, purpose-driven work, and community-building.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
