Simply put: It's a highly differentiated product that sells on logic and discipline. The product is ready. Now, we need the right Head of Sales & Business Development to scale it.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Working with us on-site in Mumbai, you won't just be managing accounts. You'll have full ownership of our BD function.
- You'll sit at the table with us to shape our firm's strategy, build out our distribution channels (IFAs, RIAs, bank wealth teams), and lead a team to scale our AUM.
Who we are looking for:
- You have 5+ years of real experience in Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, or Private Wealth. You don't just know the jargon; you deeply understand the ecosystem.
- You've built genuine, trust-based relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
- You can sit down with a CIO or a Family Office principal and hold a nuanced, peer-to-peer conversation.
- You hold a postgraduate degree.
