Head of Sales Location: Mumbai (In-office)

The Role We are looking for a Head of Sales who is completely obsessed with driving revenue and closing deals. We need a hands-on leader who can take on tough quotas, break them down, and relentlessly guide the team to hit them every single month. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from setting the strategy to getting the final sign-off from enterprise clients.
What you'll be doing: Taking charge of the entire sales pipeline and closing high-ticket deals directly with banks, NBFCs, and large corporates.
Setting ambitious targets for the sales team and holding them strictly accountable to those numbers.
Getting in the trenches with your team. We need a leader who actually sells and leads by example, not just someone who delegates.
Navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders, and pushing negotiations across the finish line.
Who we're looking for: You have a very strong track record of closing complex fintech enterprise deals.
You have deep, proven experience selling directly to banks and NBFCs, and you understand exactly how these institutions evaluate and buy financial technology.
You are highly target-driven, persistent, and don't take no for an answer easily.
You run a tight ship and know your metricspipeline velocity, conversion rates, and what it actually takes to get a deal done.
