Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and strategic Sales Head / Business Development Manager to drive business growth, software sales, and enterprise client acquisition for our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Software Sales, IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Business Development, and Client Relationship Management, with a proven ability to generate revenue and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
The candidate must have extensive experience managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure—while consistently achieving business growth targets in competitive markets.
Experience in Staffing Industry Software Sales, HRMS Solutions, Recruitment Platforms, Workforce Management Solutions, ATS Solutions, or related staffing technology products/services will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive end-to-end business development activities for software products, IT services, SaaS platforms, and technology solutions.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through market research, networking, strategic outreach, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
- Expand market presence and strengthen the company's client portfolio across target industries.
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate business expansion and revenue opportunities.
Enterprise Sales & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable software and technology solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, business presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing discussions, and successful deal closures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Manage enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
Software & Staffing Industry Sales
- Promote and sell software development services, SaaS products, staffing technology solutions, recruitment platforms, HRMS solutions, ATS systems, ERP/CRM solutions, AI-based solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Leverage prior experience in staffing industry software sales to generate business opportunities within recruitment firms, staffing companies, and workforce management sectors.
- Identify opportunities in domestic and international markets for technology and staffing-related software solutions.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections for management review.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operations teams for smooth project discussions and onboarding.
- Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Contribute strategic insights to strengthen market positioning and business expansion initiatives.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales/business development team to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline performance, and target achievement metrics.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, growth, and results.
- Support hiring, training, and development of sales professionals within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in Software Sales, IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong expertise in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Strategic Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
