Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Thanjavur for Head of Sales and Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key account operations, and developing business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a sales team, managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and ensuring the efficient execution of business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills for market trends, business insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in Account Management, fostering client relationships, and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Team Management skills to lead and guide a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce landscapes and operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
