We need a heavy hitter in Mumbai—someone who knows that closing a deal with a Top-5 bank isn't just a transaction; it's a marathon of relationship building, technical prowess, and strategic persistence.
The Role
As our Head of Sales and Business Development, you won't just be selling software. You'll be consulting with C-suite executives at India's largest financial institutions to help them navigate the AI revolution.
What you'll be doing:
- Hunting & Closing: Identifying and breaking into Tier-1 and Tier-2 Banks and Insurance providers.
- Strategic Navigation: Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (Legal, IT, Compliance, and Business).
- Regional Dominance: Owning the Mumbai market. You should know the geography of BKC and Lower Parel like the back of your hand.
- Value Selling: Moving beyond features to demonstrate how AI drives bottom-line ROI in claims processing, lead gen, and customer retention.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 10 years in Enterprise Sales, specifically selling SaaS or FinTech solutions.
- The Rolodex: You already have established relationships within the Mumbai BFSI circuit. You don't need an introduction; you need a contract.
- AI Literacy: You don't need to code it, but you must be able to explain how LLMs and Generative AI are changing the financial landscape without using too many buzzwords.
- Grit: You understand that No is just the start of the conversation in the banking world.
The Payoff

- Base Salary: ₹37LPA (Fixed).
- Variable:Unlimited. If you can close the biggest logos in the country, we'll keep writing the checks.
- ESOP: Negotiable.
