Requirements

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles
• Mandatory experience in the Mother & Baby Care segment (FMCG, Toys, Apparel, or Wellness)
• Proven experience managing a business unit or large territory with full P&L ownership
• Strong expertise in General Trade (GT) distribution, stockist and distributor management across India
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage Gross Profit (GP) and Net Profit (NP) targets
• Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, pricing strategy, and competitor benchmarking
• Proven leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and retaining high-performing sales teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
