Role Description
The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead our sales strategy, manage key accounts, and build relationships with clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru South.
