Role Description

The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead our sales strategy, manage key accounts, and build relationships with clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to consistently achieve and exceed business targets
  • Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Effective Team Management abilities to lead, motivate, and develop sales team members
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and creating data-driven strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the SaaS or technology sector while selling to HR/TA and Engineeering Leaders are preferred.
