About the Role
GISKernel is looking for an ambitious Sales & Business Development professional to drive domestic, international and government business for our GIS, GeoAI, Remote Sensing and Disaster Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities across India and international markets.
- Develop relationships with government departments, PSUs, enterprises and international clients.
- Identify and manage GeM opportunities, tenders, RFPs, RFQs and EOIs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal and negotiation to closure.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare customised solutions and proposals.
- Build strategic partnerships and new sales channels for GISKernel.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and client relationships.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in GIS, Geospatial, IT, SaaS Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in international and government sales.
- Hands-on understanding of GeM and government bidding/tender processes.
- Experience in preparing and managing RFP, RFQ, EOI and tender submissions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and convert them into business opportunities.
Good to Have
- Existing government, PSU or international client network.
- Experience selling GIS, GeoAI, Remote Sensing, Location Intelligence or Disaster Management solutions.
- Experience with international tenders and enterprise technology procurement.
