Job Role :
Heading Sales Across all centers of alt.f Coworking.
Management and Monitoring all of the Sales Team and their targets.
Utilize CRM data to track client interactions, pipeline health, and lifecycle management.
Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarking, and pricing models using data tools.
Track and optimize key metrics such as occupancy rates, lead-to-conversion ratios, CAC, and sales cycle time.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies
Helping out Founders and Management in Target Projection and Achievement through team.
Taking alt.f's brand name across various channel partners and generation of Deals through the network.
Managing and being Responsible for Leading Sales Target for Every Team member.
Helping Team form own Channel Partner Network.
Keep themselves updated with Inventory Status at all times and reach high occupancy across centers.
Generation of Deals via Network and Corporates.
Maintain a good pipeline of prospective leads and clients for themselves as well as team members.
Building sales strategies, templates, processes and automating the sales procedure.
Building a good broker and IPC network for accelerated sale conversions.
Map prospective Enterprise & Strategic Growth accounts around organisational structure, people and potential real estate/workplace needs.
Prerequisites for a Sales Head
12–15 years of experience in sales within coworking, commercial real estate, or managed office spaces.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong network within corporate clients, brokers, and real estate stakeholders.
Experience in customer account management.
Experience in scaling coworking or flexible workspace businesses.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools, Excel and sales analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
