Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

The NBFC segment represents AdvaRisk's highest-volume, highest-velocity opportunity — LAP, gold loan, MSME, and vehicle-backed lending NBFCs are scaling rapidly and chronically underserved on collateral intelligence. This role owns sourcing, solutioning, and signing new NBFC clients while driving expansion within the existing base. You will target NBFCs across LAP, Business Loans, Micro LAP, and emerging asset classes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Own NBFC segment revenue: pipeline, ACV targets, activation, and NRR

▸ Prospect and close mid-to-large NBFCs across LAP, Business Loan, MSME, and Microfinance

verticals

▸ Drive AdvaSmart adoption within NBFC credit, risk, and tech teams; integrate with NBFC LOS/LMS

stacks

▸ Build a coverage model for 100+ target NBFCs — prioritize by AUM, collateral intensity, and digital

maturity

▸ Run ROI-led conversations: quantify FTE savings, fraud reduction, TAT improvement, and NPA

prevention

▸ Coordinate with Product on NBFC-specific needs: Micro LAP scoring, rural collateral, vernacular

reports

▸ Leverage WhatsApp-first outreach and digital-first engagement with NBFC CXOs and CROs

▸ Expand into RBI-registered NBFCs targeting the NBFC-MFI and NBFC-ICC segments

▸ Build team of 3–5 BD / RM executives within 6 months

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

▸ 9–14 years in B2B financial services or SaaS sales; 5+ years selling to NBFCs or lending fintechs

▸ Network across NBFC CROs, CTOs, Credit Heads, and Operations Heads

▸ Understands NBFC underwriting: LAP, CERSAI, property verification, field investigation workflows

▸ Experience with data/API-based product sales; familiarity with NBFC LOS vendors (Finflux,

LoanTap, etc.)

▸ High-velocity sales capability — able to close deals in 60–120 day cycles

▸ Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
