The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in influencing business direction, strengthening governance, and building a commercially aligned risk culture across multiple operating entities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks across the group
- Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team to define risk appetite and strategy
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all business units.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Deliver high-quality reporting to Board and Risk Committees
- Embed a strong, proactive risk culture across the organisation
- Lead and develop a high-performing risk and compliance team.
- Drive continuous improvement across governance, controls, and business processes
About
- Proven experience in a senior risk, compliance, or governance leadership role within financial serves
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including Board and executive level
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk with business objectives
- Experience in emerging markets or complex environments will be highly regarded
