Job Description
Rewards
- Lead Rewards operations for India & South Asia.
- Drive market benchmarking, optimize salary budgets, and present compensation analytics to senior leadership.
- Deploy and maintain global grading structures aligned with the company's European headquarters.
- Provide managers with accurate compensation and benefits data.
- Design and implement effective recognition and rewards programs.
Global Mobility
- Manage end-to-end international assignments, including both inbound and outbound mobility.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and taxation for expatriates and assignees.
- Define and improve policies, processes, tools, and documentation for mobility in India.
- Regularly engage with mobility vendors (visa partners, relocation providers, etc.)
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders.
- Recommend salary bands and grade structures aligned with global benchmarks.
- Select and manage external partners for compensation data and mobility support.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA from in Human resources from an institute of repute.
- 10+ years of experience in Rewards and Global Mobility.
- Mandatory: Proven international experience, preferably in Europe, in compensation, benefits, or mobility.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, taxation, and global assignment frameworks.
- Excellent analytical capabilities - strong with data, statistics, and market analysis.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in multinational, matrix-driven environments.
