Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Revenue & Investor Relations with extensive B2B enterprise sales experience, deep industry networks, and strong exposure to investor communication and fundraising readiness. This is a high-impact, equity-led role for someone who can drive revenue, unlock strategic partnerships, and represent NYX confidently in front of investors.

You will own NYX's commercial growth, manage high-value relationships across clients and the investor ecosystem, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market and funding strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership & Enterprise Sales

  • Lead NYX's revenue charter with a strong focus on B2B enterprise sales in the adtech, media, and digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Build and execute sales strategies to accelerate client acquisition and expand across industriesD2C, BFSI, FMCG, and high-growth startups.
  • Engage marketing leadership (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Founders) to drive high-value deals.
  • Execute full sales cycles: discovery, pitching, demos, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and lead a high-performance revenue organisation (sales + account management).

Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships

  • Serve as a key representative to investors, accelerators, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver investor-ready decks, metrics, and business updates.
  • Support founders in fundraising conversations with VCs, angels, and strategic investors.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with the investor ecosystem to support future rounds.
  • Identify and close partnerships that expand NYX's distribution, revenue opportunities, and market footprint.

Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing to refine offerings and improve win rates.
  • Bring competitive intelligence, market trends, and client insights to influence product roadmap.
  • Design scalable sales processes, forecasting models, and revenue tracking for predictable growth.
  • Mentor and inspire the sales team while fostering a high-integrity, performance-driven culture.

Next 3-Month Revenue & Growth Mandate

The Head of Revenue & IR will drive an aggressive 90-day plan to triple monthly revenue by focusing on:

  • Targeted Enterprise Acquisition: Close 1520 enterprise brands across priority sectors.
  • Founder-Led Deal Acceleration: Collaborate closely with the founders to convert high-value prospects.
  • Network Activation: Leverage industry connects, referrals, and past client relationships for warm pipelines.
  • Investor Alignment: Support investor conversations, ensure reporting readiness, and unlock strategic introductions.
  • Agency & Media Partnerships: Sign partnerships with agencies and media buying partners for scaled distribution.
  • Team Expansion: Hire 23 strong B2B sales reps to increase reach and improve velocity.
  • Performance Tracking: Own revenue KPIs, pipeline health, and weekly sales momentum.

Qualifications

  • A full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, BITS, ISB, or globally reputed universities) is strongly preferred.
  • 814 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, revenue leadership, or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in adtech, media sales, marketing technology, or related industries.
  • Strong network among CMOs, Heads of Marketing, digital leaders, and founders.
  • Exposure to investor communication, fundraising support, or IR responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Pedigree from a premium business school or high-growth startup environment (preferred).
  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals, manage large accounts, and drive recurring revenue.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, humility, adaptability, and ownership mindset.

Compensation

  • Primarily equity-based, offering significant ownership in NYX.
  • Case-to-case fixed compensation during the pre-fundraise phase.
  • Opportunity to transition into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) post-fundraise with a structured package.
  • Attractive equity allocation for the right candidate.
