Job Description

- Revenue Ownership

Own topline metrics (MRR, ARR, pipeline, NRR) and drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion strategies. Quickly identify and close revenue leaks to maintain a healthy pipeline.

- Retention & Expansion

Work with Customer Success and Product to reduce churn, manage key accounts, and build playbooks for upsell and cross-sell. Track NPS/CSAT and boost customer advocacy.

- Marketing Leadership

Lead growth marketing across SEO, paid channels, content, and experiments. Build an efficient inbound/outbound demand engine and optimize channel performance.

- Sales & Partnerships

Build and scale outbound sales motions, lead pipeline reviews, close deals, and grow affiliate/partner programs. Collaborate to refine ICP and deal enablement.

- Customer Success & Support

Shift Customer Success to proactive revenue growth, ensure Support insights inform Product/GTM, and rigorously manage renewals and expansions.

- Cross-Functional Enablement

Identify and resolve revenue blockers across teams, lead GTM syncs, align priorities, and maintain execution velocity.

- Customer Insight & Messaging

Conduct customer interviews and shadow teams to gather insights. Continuously refine messaging to maximize conversion.

- External Presence & Culture

Represent the company publicly as a trusted voice, build a personal brand, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.

- Market Awareness & Innovation

Monitor competitors and trends, and propose bold GTM tactics, pricing, and partnerships.

- Alignment & Learning

Partner with leadership on growth priorities, trade-offs, and performance, and document learnings to institutionalize growth.

The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, with expertise across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.


  • Proven success scaling SaaS revenue to $40Mn+ ARR, ideally in B2B Sales/Marketing SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments.


  • Deep knowledge and experience building outbound sales motions from the ground up.


  • A hands-on, operator mentality with strong strategic and execution capabilities.


  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence comfortable being a public-facing voice.


  • Strong cross-functional leadership, aligning Product, GTM, and Support teams toward revenue goals.


  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, execution-driven culture.


  • Passion for automation, AI, and scalable GTM systems.


  • A culture builder who promotes experimentation, knowledge sharing, and a maker mindset.
