The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Retail Projects Delivery to lead end-to-end project delivery and last-mile installation across regions.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving speed, quality, and predictability across new studio launches as well as existing studio renovations. You will act as the custodian of customer experience during the final and most critical stage of the journey, ensuring operational excellence across multiple cities and studio formats.
What You'll Drive
1. End-to-End Studio / Store Delivery
- Own delivery of all new HomeLane studios (FOCO & FOFO), upgrades, and renovations from planning to handover.
- Be accountable for timelines, SLA adherence, execution quality, and readiness for business operations across all cities.
2. Build and Lead a High-Performance Execution Organization
- Lead Regional Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and vendor partners.
- Build a culture of accountability, productivity, ownership, and strong field discipline across multiple parallel projects.
3. Drive Predictability, Discipline, and Cost Control
- Establish clear project plans, dashboards, and review cadences.
- Reduce cycle times, eliminate bottlenecks, improve first-time-right execution, and ensure projects are delivered in-budget and without rework.
4. Corporate Governance and Ethical Standards
- Ensure zero-tolerance standards on vendor kickbacks, conflicts of interest, and unethical practices.
- Build strong audit mechanisms, transparent vendor selection processes, and clear accountability structures across the delivery ecosystem.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership and Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Ops, and Tech to improve rollout predictability and reduce repeat defects.
- Use data to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement at city and vendor levels.
Who This Role Is For
- 812 years of experience in operations, last-mile delivery, or service delivery leadership.
- Proven regional or multi-city leadership experience with strong people management.
- Deep comfort with data, dashboards, KPIs, and root-cause driven operations.
- Experience in high-velocity environments such as retail operations, logistics, installation networks, consumer services, or e-commerce delivery ecosystems.
- A hands-on leader who balances field execution with systems thinking and governance discipline.
