Head of Research And Development & Innovation (Cosmetic formulation development)

We are establishing a state-of-the-art Dermatology Innovation & R&D Centre to drive the next phase of growth through science-led, differentiated, and globally competitive dermatology and cosmetic formulations.

We are seeking a visionary scientific leader who will build and lead this centre from the ground up, creating a strong pipeline of innovative, high-performance topical products aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a modern dermatology and cosmetic formulation R&D centre

• Drive end-to-end development of advanced topical formulations including creams, gels, lotions, serums, and sunscreens

• Build differentiated, innovation-driven formulation pipeline

• Set up laboratory infrastructure, systems, SOPs, and scientific processes

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-calibre R&D team

• Collaborate closely with leadership to define long-term innovation and product strategy

• Ensure development excellence, scalability, and regulatory readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in cosmetic and dermatology formulation R&D

• Strong expertise in cosmetic and topical formulation development (mandatory)

• Proven leadership capability and innovation mindset

• Experience in establishing or leading formulation labs preferred

• M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline
